How it works
Count, weight, and invoice — three numbers that have to agree.
Cameras at the loading line count the units. The weighbridge gives the net weight. The dispatch system gives the invoiced quantity. Any one can be fudged; making all three agree is the referee. GateGuard runs six checks on every truck and only surfaces the ones that don't reconcile.
